Statement of Issues:
|(1) In an appeal from a judgment dissolving a domestic partnership, does an appellate court review for abuse of discretion or for legal error?|
(2) May courts infer an agreement to equally share the appreciation in a shared home, if the only evidence of the agreement is the fact that that the home was shared and the parties lived like a family.
